Terms of sale

1. Who are we?
This webshop is operated by Yuko & Bas, located in Belgium. We sell Japanese tea, accessories and snacks through our webshop and our food truck.

2. Ordering & payment
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Payment is made securely via the payment methods offered in our webshop. Orders are only processed after receipt of payment.

3. Delivery
We ship your order within 1-3 business days from Belgium, unless otherwise stated. Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method. Shipping is done via an external carrier (such as bpost).

4. Right of withdrawal (Return policy)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
Exceptions:

• Opened or damaged food packaging (such as tea or snacks) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.

The return costs are for your own account. After receiving the return, you will receive your purchase amount back within 14 days (excluding shipping costs).

5. Complaints or questions
Do you have a problem or question about your order? Send us an email at [your email address]. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier. In case of loss or damage during delivery, we will work together to find a suitable solution.

7. Privacy
Your information will only be used to process your order and will never be passed on to third parties without permission. See also our privacy statement.

8. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all agreements.
